Virginia Estate Sales, L.L.C. specializes in a wide range of estate services including the liquidation of entire estates, household downsizing and relocation sales in Northern Virginia and now Fredericksburg and Stafford Virginia.

On-Site Services

We offer our experience  and services to heirs and executors who have neither the time or expertise to evaluate or liquidate an estate. It is our goal to relieve our customer of the anguish and stress associated with what is sometimes a very difficult or emotional situation.

Services include establishing the correct fair market pricing and tagging on all household items which could include fine antiques and art; all styles of furniture; valuable collections; yard equipment; fine crystal or “everyday” dinnerware and household accessories.

All inventory is sorted and merchandised in “like”categories and arranged for customer appeal and ease of shopping.

Advertising  

• Sale is marketed and advertised on our website with a wide range of  inventory photographs;  a complete inventory list;  site directions and parking instructions.
• Sale announcements mailed and emailed to all customer lists the week  prior to the sale.
• Washington Post ads prepared for the special classified “estate sale” section and to run one day before the sale and every day of the sale. 
• Sale flyers announcing upcoming sales are available at all our sale locations.
• Placement of our professional Virginia Estate Sale road signs leading to the property site during each day of the sale.
