Three years ago, we sold our home to move overseas. We knew, when we returned to the US, we would not want another large home nor so much "stuff".

Sande was objective and caring while planning and carrying out our estate sale. Her knowledge and experience in her field enabled her to determine a fair maket value for our "family treasures". Part of her resources are in the form of the goodwill and the respect of her colleagues, whom she can call upon for information.

Sande assumes the burden of disposing of your home's contents and helps people with difficult, and at times, overwhelming decisions. And she maintains her past clients as friends, which speaks well of her genuine care and concern for people.

In spite of, what I considered very hard and difficult work, Sande and I had fun, and lots of giggles, selling some of the contents of my home.

We would, if the need arose, look forward to working with Sande again.

You not only played a key role in helping the family begin their grieving process, you had organized all of my sister's personal effects so that they could be either sold or disposed of. Once it was decided what should be sold, you personally managed this process through completion. It was performed in a very timely manner.
